Tokenomics Community Feedback

Hey,
Did i miss it or is the P-Node Salestart missing in the Launch Timeline?

The launch timeline is just the timeline leading up to the launch. Will add a “roadmap” (i.e. for things after that) soon. But that’s independent of the launch.

It’s not me to decide but the market will tell. However, I pretty much assume that will be possible. It’s one of the reasons we’re going that route.

Xandonians,

Thank you all for actively engaging in this community feedback round.

We’re listening and learning!

We intend to do a few adaptations that I want to share before the end of the feedback window in 12 hours or so.

XANDC Holders

In order to facilitate upgrading all XANDC in circulation, excluding Lab’s tokens, we need to increase XANDC Holders allocation from 400,000,000 to 472,000,000. This includes the 410,000,000 XANDC accrued by node owners, 41,000,000 (10%) referral reserve (might not be fully used), 17,000,000 XANDC acquired in a private transaction, and 4,000,000 XANDC from Devnet rewards. So the XANDC holders will get up to 11.8% of max supply. Unclaimed funds after the last upgrade window in late 2025 or early 2026 will fall to the Foundation.

Team

In order to reach our ambitious goals, we will need a world-class and hardcore team. The existing team needs to be properly incentivized, and we need to keep reserves to be able to attract word class talent after the launch. Therefore, we are increasing the Team allocation from 10% to 15%.

Reductions in non-critical areas

In order to make room for the increases for XANDC holders and the team, we are rearranging the DAO allocation as follows:

Liquidity Provider incentivation: 5%, more than enough.
Staking Rewards: 5%, should carry us many many years, after that not needed
Community Grants: 2.2%, still a huge piece of the pie
Marketing: Ecosystem Development: stays at 10%
Marketing: Community Building: stays at 10%
New total DAO allocation: 32.2%

These changes are also reflected on the website already.

Looking forward to your comments!

A Call for Fairness and Reward for Early Adopters

Hey Xandeum Family,
I want to start this message by acknowledging the incredible journey we’ve all been on together as early adopters and supporters of Xandeum. I’ve always felt that being part of this project was more than just an investment—it was like being part of a family. We believed in the vision, we put our faith in the team, and we trusted the idea that the Vnodes we purchased would reward us with a steady, passive income stream for the next 10 years.

However, with the recent updates and changes to the Vnode reward structure, I can’t help but feel a sense of betrayal. Many of us invested significant amounts of money, believing that our commitment would yield passive XAND rewards over the long term. Now, with the new model being proposed, that future is uncertain, and the promises we counted on seem to be shifting.

But rather than dwell on the negative, I believe in this community, and I believe in Bernie and the team’s vision. I understand the need for change, and I support the development of Xandeum as it evolves into a stronger, more scalable platform. That said, I’d like to put forward a few suggestions that I hope can bridge the gap between the project’s new direction and the commitments made to those of us who were here from the beginning.

Suggestions for Rewarding Early Adopters:

Long-Term Staking Bonus

A special staking mechanism exclusively for early Vnode holders, offering a higher yield or bonus multipliers. This could be tied to a long-term staking program, ensuring we still receive significant rewards over time.

Exclusive Governance Power

Offer early adopters more weight in the DAO’s governance model. A “legacy multiplier” could grant us greater voting rights in decisions that shape Xandeum’s future.

Airdrop or Bonus Allocation

A one-time airdrop or bonus allocation of XAND tokens to Vnode holders to compensate for the original rewards we anticipated, reflecting the 10-year passive income promise in a scaled-down but meaningful way.

Revenue-Sharing Model from Network Fees

Introduce a revenue-sharing model where early adopters receive a percentage of network fees for a set period, allowing us to benefit from the platform’s growth and ongoing transactions.

Exclusive Access to Premium Features or DApps

Early adopters could be granted lifetime access to premium features, DApps, or discounted fees within the Xandeum ecosystem, keeping us as key players in the network.

Limited-Edition NFT or Digital Badge

Mint a unique NFT or badge to recognize early Vnode holders. This could come with privileges like early access to new products or future token drops.

Higher XAND Yield Based on Historical Node Ownership

Implement a yield system that reflects how long each user held Vnodes. The longer you’ve been a node holder, the greater the rewards you receive, ensuring long-term holders are properly compensated.

Access to a Founders’ DAO

Create a separate Founders’ DAO, consisting of early adopters, with special privileges like development previews or revenue-sharing opportunities.

Performance-Based Rewards for Node Owners

Transition early Vnode holders to higher-performance nodes with enhanced rewards, or offer reduced rewards for those who remain with their current hardware.

Token Burn Multiplier for Early Adopters

Introduce a multiplier on token burns or transaction fees incurred by early adopters, reducing our costs or giving us additional benefits in the ecosystem.

I hope these suggestions resonate not only with the community but also with Bernie and the team. I believe they offer a balanced way to ensure early adopters are rewarded fairly while supporting the exciting future of Xandeum.

Finally, I want to take a moment to thank the entire Xandeum team for all their hard work, dedication, and innovation. I’m still very excited about the future of this project, and I’m here to continue supporting Xandeum as it grows and evolves. Let’s keep working together to make this platform a success, ensuring that both the new and the old are valued in the process.
Thank you for your time and consideration. I look forward to seeing what lies ahead for all of us.

Kind regards,

pH33LiX

Well written post, good input. It’s great to see so many of us discussing these topics. Lots of great ideas here for the team to add to the “thought bucket.”

Yes, thank you

Hello Xandeum fam!

I am pretty excited about this project and I’m very bullish on it. I will do my part in letting my friend and followers know of the project.

I was reading the Tokenomics and everything is clear as water.

Don’t you think the 3 months to claim the XAND rewards from the Pool is too much? I mean, If the community is active and following the project very close, I believe we should be very aware of the times of claiming. I think a 1 month period would be enough.

Keep it up team!

Great stuff here. I especially like the token burn multiplier which would make the token deflationary by design. This would control the rate of inflation for sure and ensure increasing value over time.

Since we now know the that there are missing significant digits on the chart, we need to know the actual numbers (and the latest chart posted).

I would also suggest extending the time for feedback as these details were not previously known or shared with the community.

So I heard Bernie say that 1 Xandeum engagement point would be the equivalent of .08 Xand token. So what is the expected launch price of Xand ?
